WOW can I just say what a lovely man and how patient and understanding he was, took the time to explain treatments and also listen to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and the fact he listened to me and offered a solution to my anaemia that hadn't even been broached with my GP. Hats off to you and your team as my experience was awesome with yourselves and you made me feel relaxed and dare I say you all made me laugh. Also nice to have privacy within the department with a room with doors as those curtains are not soundproof. Keep up the good work Stephen. Tracy

The Dr made me feel like I could trust him completely and totally at ease . He made the procedure quick and as painless as possible after I had , had a lumbar puncture the evening before which had not been done correctly by another doctor . As I was very nervous due to the previous experience he talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very calm .

Very approachable, took time to listen and answer questions, and we would have no hesitation in speaking highly of this Dr. The only cunstructive critisism I would make is, the staff keeping the pts informed as to the waiting time and what the department is actually for. We were taken there from casualty with no explanation why we were there or what the process was, the staff and Drs were all kind, considerate and caring, no complaints at all, but an ongoing communication update would have been informative and helpful.

Dr waring was overseeing my care and performed a procedure on me I found him honest, open, extremely approachable and understanding he made me feel very relaxed and was a total gentleman but also had a great sense of humour which alot of doctors do lack. I found Dr Waring a very kind doctor who made me feel much better after talked me through my illness and medication I had to take. When I got home I needed to ask some questions about my medication, I rang him and he patiently explained everything to me and set my mind at rest. He is a lovely caring doctor.
